Can't see this one being in the same league as the Madrd v Barca game but there's a lot to play for. Besides local bragging rights City need the points to push on and hopefully overtake Chelsea, whilst United, need to salvage some dignity it what to them has been a disastrous season. Kompany is gonna be a massive lose to Citeh, but I'm predicting a 2-1 victory to them.
As a United fan of 45 years, it pains me to say it but I wouldn't be that gutted to see United get beat tonight if helps stop them scouse bastards winning the league.
That just doesn't bare thinking about.
Obviously, Id prefer United to win tonight but the stakes are so high with the mickies as if they dont win it this year then I dont think that they will for another 5.

However, if they do........

Awful situation. Obviously want Chelsea to win the league but would accept city winning it if it stopped the nightmare happening.
As a city fan, I'm confident. More confident than I cam recall going into a derby at old Trafford. But as I said to mate who's a red this morning, as long as you have Rooney and we have that twat with the ponytail playing you have a chance.

Pull yourself together man. We will sort Liverpool out, they're winning nothing (again) this year.

Come on Utd....
ffs..... though in fairness you were right about the home game. realistically, its one of the few chances that's left of City dropping points so got to hope for a draw or better for Utd. Need a firing Rooney to do anything though and hope Toure has one of those 'don't fancy it when it really matters' nights which he tends to have.....

both games against West Brom too , both naff performances , along with away to Stoke , but Villa was a shocker .. should be interesting till the end though ..
stoke has proved a tricky away for most to be fair but can't see City dropping anything to either Everton or Arsenal. Particularly Arsenal....

not as much as I hope City beating you towards the end of the season doesn't influence you going down .. mind you , you want City to win the league so don't see it bothering you ..

he'll get the first 6 games next season. Mata looks lost and I hope that 300k keeps rooney happy as don't look like he'll win much else in his career.
