After seeing this mentioned in another thread I decided to watch it for my self... Has anyone else watched it?

Such a tragic 45 mins.. I am unsure if its intentionally taking the piss out of the 'hooligans' or its just typically crap quality tv from channel 5.. probably a bit of both.
