Had to cancel this years ticket due to the fact I've a wee one on the way, so next year is definitely not happening either. On a side note festival no 6 in Port Merion was excellent last year. Would really like to get back down there. I'm probably out of the festival game for a while now.
that was 2013 mate, seems like bloody ages ago though.
I didn't get tickets.. I got on to registrations bit got all the codes and postcodes in but when I clicked proceed one of the post codes was wrong, by the time a got through to me mate (who was also supposed to be trying to get tickets,, but he was still in bed!) got the right postcode in then bank details in I clicked proceed but was too late they were sold out ha ha ha
So stupid, Could of deleted him off the list and the rest of us could of had the tickets.. but couldn't do that to a mate (even though it was his fault ha)

My opinion is that its more about who is playing than the actual festival experience for some. After Boyance finished her set with words which included, "drive home safely" (as if anyone drives home after a day at Glastonbury) and Zane Lowe had to comment about her performance, you could see that he was thinking "what the f##k was that all about"! Only festival i missed and wanted to be at was the last Stonehenge one in 1984.. Two of my mates managed went and i was envious... 1985 was the year of the Bean Field trashing and was the begining of the end for free festivals. Glastonbury festival didnt take place in1988, well at least the official one didnt. I attended that one which was held in a field at the bottom of Glastonbury Tor on 08,08,88 and went on for 4 days which was the amount of time the police gave people until they had to vacate the land.. Last festival i ever attended...
Never been always say defo next year but finally made the move and got 3 tickets for me and two mates. Cant believe im now going instead of watching it at home with a carry out!
