Knocked the fags on the head a while back for a number of reasons, step dad diagnose with lung cancer. never wanted the kids seeing me smoke, got well back into cycling (and worried about losing my boyish good looks lol) etc Started on the e cigs, the sort with the refillable liquid... Find I'm puffing on it excessively of an evening watching the TV that isn't causing me problems at the mo' but worse, get sick of the liquid running into the mouthpiece when it's not kept upright... Have I just got a shit one or are there better models that prevent this.?

I've spent more on e-cigs than clothes in the past year or so. It can be as cheap or expensive as you want but if you want a completely leak-free set-up then it won't be cheap. The cheap Chinese stuff works fine but isn't built to last and will leak. It also depends if you want to get into the whole rebuilding side of things. The best off the shelf cheap atomiser is supposed to be the mini Nautilus which gets rave reviews although I haven't had one myself. My out and about set-up is a Rose v2 which has never leaked a drop no matter what you do with it - you have to build your own wick and coils for it though.
Heel's doing well pal ta. Didn't need the op in the end, quack said I've fucked up the side-side flex on the joint either way so not worth the hassle of operating. Running is out in future (running is shit anyway IMO) and I'll get some discomfort on long walks and walking on rough ground, sand etc. me cycling will be ok though thank fuck as that's my main interest apart from shagging, jackets, boozing and pill popping in Ibiza :-) Still another 4 weeks in a cast that's getting on my tits with non weight bearing.
Cheers fit the advice on the cigs vasque. Will check that nautilus out!!
