I'm not a particular fan of Lukaku in that he's not top top drawer to me....but I trust Conte completely and would have faith he could make him work in a system. make no mistake - what Conte has achieved so far with this group and IF we go on to win the league would be a greater achievement than either Mourinho or Carlo in winning the league. He's different class and for my money, he hasn't even really got going yet in establishing his real own mark on the team. I think there's a lot more to come. all that - and the fact he dives into the crowd to celebrate a goal makes him a wonderful manager

Never mind the players, I just hope dodgy ruskie dips into his enormous pockets and keeps Antonio Conte .. the man is pure class, and his passion is very infectious .. He's made the players fit into his style of play and if you do t like it fuck off .. To be crowned Champions after a really dodgy spell early on is fantastic, JT got to see what it will be like for him next season under Pulis .. West Brom were tough from the first whistle, gave everything, and if I was was a fan I'd be asking where that commitment was last five games ? Why clubs just get up for title chasers is beyond me. West Brom showed fully how good they can be, which makes very little sense of their last few results. Same as clubs striving to stay in the league, why leave it till last few games to clamber for points ? See few Chelsea/ Brom fans boxing each other's ears .. hahahaa, what you expect when you sell tickets in home stand ? In all, great season for Chelsea and Spurs .. now all remains see who gets CL footy .. Roll on next season .. ! As Champions !
Was that GTBI I saw getting a right hander from some posh Putney youngster????

Quote from JT that made me really chuckle .. " Gary ( Cahill ) should be letting me collect the trophy with him, because he's been real class " ! Hahaha ..

A Chelsea fan, from Putney......behave, nowadays they are from Liverpool or Manchester
Now, this is gonna hurt, takes a deep breath.....Chelsea thoroughly deserved the title, over the season they have been the most consistent, entertaining team, well since Conte dropped Terry! Conte has been a breathe of fresh air to the PL and his passion seems to have rubbed off on the players, he's taken them from a mid table, cheating diving set of cunts to one which can take on the best in Europe. I'm reading stories of Abramovich offering him a Kings ransom to stay and Inter willing to better it, Conte seems to be his own man but the decision may be down to his Mrs? As for West Brom, we've punched above our weight, again and tbh in today's money making machine which is the PL we aren't gonna do any better than that.

Tone....I'm touched. This could be the most unexpected benefit of our league win.....you now have a soft spot for West Londons finest. Who'd have thought eh........and the fact that we won the league at Albion will be in the history books FOREVER...makes your nice comments even more surprising. I.promise in return I won't go on about that to any degree..........this evening. In fairness the ulster contingent of brunt big Johnny and G Mac does make you lot one of I've a little sneaker for.....well until you signed Cunt No 1 who was lucky to stay on last night. rondon looks very useful indeed on his game. Anyways I'll finish with Steve's point and how nice of the Captain Leader Legend letting gaz lift the trophy with him. Always full of clas is John....and he's won the double too

Conte has worked wonders. Take out Hazard and you're left with a pretty average team. He gives us the X-factor, by far the best player in the league. Not playing midweek was a massive advantage too. The squad will need strengthening for next season.
No Euro football I agree is massive help. Ave team without Hazard ? You snorting drugs ? Kante - best holding midfielder I've seen in any league this season. Moses - one of the best attacking wing backs in the PL Costa, 20 goals + Without mentioning what Fabragas and Pedro have done this season ..
Good players yeah but no better than the other top 5 or 6 teams. I think a fair amount of Tottenham players would get in our side.
Costa is a liability at times. Starts the season well then tails off. Spent most of 2017 falling on his arse and fucking up every counter attack. Not bothered if he leaves.
Fuck sake, this Spuds farewell tribute party is going on a bit ain't it?
Unanswered questions:
Where's Archibalds hair gone? Why has Crooks put so much timber on? Where's that jug eared cunt Lineker? I take it Gazza is emptying the contents of his stomach in the bogs?
No not a great side no, but to say just average team if Hazard is removed I think you're wrong. Costa still banged in 20 goals no matter about the falling around bullshit that seems to be so many foreign imports these days.I think he will fuck off to China, and all I'll miss is a forward knocking in 20 goals for us, because we struggle in the forward dept. Been so many that can't provide that other than Drog and Jimmy Floyd. Look at Kezman, Schevchenko, Torres, Sutton . Tosh complete tosh .. I like Alli and Erickson, beyond that I rate Chelsea players better than the rest of Spurs team .. All about opinions, and you are of course welcome to yours, just I don't see it that way .. Kante is simply awesome, no Spurs player is better. Spurs back 5 compared to ours ? No, none are better .. Kane is great player, I still believe Costa better . Pedro this season ? Awesome .. Conte has made us a team again, Hazard off against West Brom for not tracking back and generally poor game .. He doesn't fuck about this guy, complete breath of fresh air .. and unlike Jose, it's not all about him .. I'd like us to bring fresh faces in, but I only want Conte to stay at any cost to prevent him going to Inter .. He'll make this a great side, bring in players of his choice .. not someone like Batshui .. who you can tell he never wanted .. Hahahha .. until he scores the winner against the Brom ..
We don't play well when Hazard has an off day, West Brom game good example. He carries the ball, draws defenders in and creates space for the rest. The whole attack is built around him.
Alderweireld walks in, Dier would have a good chance, Rose is better than Alonso. Ali and Kane would get in, Dembele is class. Eriksen would be thereabouts. Conte would win the league with their side.
Conte's misses is moving over here apparently. Don't think he will leave yet. They will strengthen with a few players. Conte has earned the right to sign the players he wants.
I think you're being a bit unfair on Alonso, from what I've seen of him this season he has been very good. Maybe he over performed who knows but he was one of your best players this season.
Good arguments and I can see both sides. My own feelings are: Conte has worked wonders. This for me is a better achievement than Carlo or The Artist formerly known as The Special One in 2005/6 and recently. I love everything about Conte. If he achieves the double with this side, it'll be amazing considering the opposition he was against (Pep, Klopp, Yids, JM, Wenger - easy to forget the stance of most people last Aug when the great Pep came to City and MU had Jose in charge spending wedge like Brewsters Millions. Even Klopp was being hailed. I'd have been happy with top 4, delighted in fact) I think without Hazard we struggle to open teams up. It's been that way for a few seasons. I love Pedro but in terms of creating openings we rely on Hazard or Cesc A LOT although it was simply terrible under JM as it was Hazard or no-one at times. It's better than that now but still a huge reliance on those 2. I agree Kante is top man, flawless almost but in fairness, Dembele or Wanyama would both trump matic for me. And the backline....Cahill is not being exposed because of the formation. In a 4-4-2 we'd be shipping goals with him as CB. He's not JT. Harsh maybe but honest. Dave is smashing and the full backs I'm loathe to criticise as I think Moses has done tremendous given the conversion to full back. Alonso has done well first season in. I also believe Luiz has been excellent most of the time, safe but with a bit of flair but you can still see the frailties if left 1 on 1. Up front, I'd take Kane all day long over Costa. I'm fed up with the constant tripping over a daisy and going to ground. It's old. He ditched it early season and looked twice the player but with a 'sensible' good striker up front, I think we'd be a greater force again. For the others, Cesc is one of the few who can unlock a defence but would struggle against the big hitters like Wanyama. Willians conversion to chances from ball he gets is poor in my opinion. He's on the ball A LOT but never seems to create very much. I think that's why Conte favours Pedro and because Pedro is more industrious for the team. Hazard is the jewell though but even then I think too many times he should boss games and he doesn't. He's not a messi or Ronaldo in that sense but certainly has their potential ability but he needs to kick it on to the next level. I'm hoping we get Christiansen back to see what the fuss is about, Chalaboh I like and Ake looks like he's born for this level (Another thing Conte has managed is genuinely integrating younger players in). The striker is the main concern as Costa will go. I've a feeling it'll be Lukaku which I can't buy into at all but I believe in Conte so much I'd have faith he could make it work. A second striker (Batshuyai or otherwise) needs in place and maybe bring Tommy Abrahams back? Bristol City lads are raving about him. The midfield will bring someone in - Bakayoko seems the favourite which would suggest Conte is looking for a big all action MF player (haven't seen much of him to be honest). The thing is, Conte has only brought in 3 of his own players and when I say 'his' I'm not sure if they were his or Emenalos (Luiz seemed his given it screamed 5 at the back when he signed) so I'm dying to see who and what he brings in but it's right that we need bodies in. Big time. In the past, when we were CL semi regularly we'd colossal players across the squad in comparison to now. It'll be a big challenge for Conte managing both CL and the PL but he'll also have a full pre season and Transfer targets to get in so I'm hopeful he'll manage it although clearly he doesn't like to tinker for tinkerings sake.

Go along with much you've said Glenn, but I'm still for Costa over Kane. I think Costa has more, strong in the air, converts well. Yes there's baggage and the falling over, I feel embarrassed for him, but he is a strong forward who defenders hate playing against, but obviously marmite. CL, well Juve were awesome and won league and are still continuing on in that frame from the team Conte created and players he brought in. Romans not daft, and he'll see to keep Conte a man who is very strong he'll need to give him carte Blanche were signings are concerned. I pay no attention to what the papers say, I see Morata coming in not Lukaku .. I think that's all paper talk .. I think he'll also go for Italian defenders, he knows them all so well having done so well defensively with Italy, considering how poor they've been past few years. It's just so refreshing we make news because of winning, not who Jose has fell out with. I was sick and tired of the bad press he brings, Utd are welcome to him. Arsenal seem to be coming into good form in time for the FA Cup so that will be tough for us to get that one, but I'm sure will be good game. We've won the League, and done it the right way with everyone together, and no one slating us for a change ! Gracie Conte ..
Fuckin hell G...how long did that lot take to type?
That's the edited version T
