The thing is, when you speak to Muslims and ask them if they get 'offended' by the stuff they are supposed to get offended by they laugh. I mean why would anyone get offended by Christmas? These fuckin schools eh? My daaughters school ran a trip to a mosque
and asked parents for a tenner to cover costs,my girl said she didn't want
to go cause she's not interested and would find it boring,as did 4 or 5 others
she was hauled up before the head and basically accused of racism!! The poor
kid was threatened with a day in isolation if she didn't go,and to top it off the
twat gave her a letter to bring home telling us if we didn't pay the money and make
her go the trip would be cancelled,spoiling it for the rest of the kids and hinting
at racial overtones.

It's crazy mate but the reason this is happening is because so many companies have been found on the wrong end of tribunal cases in relation to this stuff. Cunts exploiting one throw away line and turning it into a racist issue. The Tribunal starts to look into your procedures, anti-racist actions, etc...etc....and then bang- big fine, bad press, etc... It's gone mad. Really has. My Mrs work had to change their free Christmas dinner as its known to Seasonal Meal - just to make sure it offended no-one. She works for Bombardier.
What really gets me is the cases where Christians have to justify wearing a cross?????? what's that about? Definitely no parity for the Christian religion.

I work with a guy who is in a wheelchair and he is the funniest guy ever. He makes so much fun about himself in the wheelchair calling himself the only real driving technician, and the pakistani guy i share an office with is just as funny. He doesnt care if you make fun of him, religion or other BS. He just fires back and for that i love being a colleague with him. I dread the day when some PC fuck from HR comes and tells us we cant have fun due to Mubeen being muslim and Kim is disabled eventhough they are the 2 worst themselves.

Treat it with the contempt it deserves. Don't bother filling it in unless they threaten disciplinary action. If they do fill it in with text book answers aways defending the ethnic minority. We had to do one at work last year but no names were attached to answer sheets. Well after watching a shit video we were asked to send in answers and comments. My comment was good video but would be miles better if there was more tit on show. HR apparently went ballistic as there was many comments like this. My watch/station got a bollocking on mass but they couldn't get any one individual or I would have been in some shit along with a few others. Thay haven't asked us to do any more.....................
