Had to let one of our drivers go today...he got caught on Sunday morning ( from saturday night) twice over the limit...hit the kerb then a parked car! what a prick he could have killed someone! he reckons he is looking at 12 month ban minimum.

Fair play, I've done some mad naughty shit in the past but would never risk being pissed behind the wheel - you know the next day whether you're too fooked to drive - twice over the limit he must have still acted hammered IMO
I can stand most things, but drink driving is a no no, but that said if the lad went out sat night and then slept got in his car next day and drove and got done, i mean how many of us have done that,,, i know i have, just goes to show

He is a bit of a Space Cadet anyway had to clip his wings a couple of times over Xmas as he turned up late for work after going on it..he has a wife and 2 kids (separated though) just bought a van to get to work in ( which is a write off) we got paid last week so he has a months wages to last him...he lives in rented accommodation ( flat share) his life is fucked! had he have left his car and got a cab it would have been sorted...he has fucked it for the sake of a £20 cab fare.

Dont like to see anyone losing there job,but sheer stupidity drink driving,i drive a fastblack & its scarey shit when your driving behind a driver pissed at the wheel,seen it on numerous occassions.
Must have been well pissed to do that and be twice over. No winners ever, for any one with this kind of thing. It is selfish and stupid but some people never learn until they kill some one.
Twice over the next day? Fuck. That is some session.... i'd still be in my pit i reckon... he did well to turn out at all! maybe he'll sit at home for 12 months and think about what might have happened.

If I'm on a session I always write off the next day so I don't have to drive anywhere. I still feel pissed for a good few hours after I wake up, just not worth the risk to drive the day after.
