Obviously I'm not privy to Oi Polloi's sales figures but I can't imagine the Deck Out has harmed them, quite the opposite I expect. That's the aim, surely?

Of course it hasn't harmed them they are probably doing a roaring trade from it but it doesn't change my opinion of it.
Deck out 88 for instance the cobbler, comments such as.... "I want/need it all. My fave Deck Out in a while."
Just use your fucking imagination why has it got to be put on a plate for people for them then to be able to appreciate it

It just irritates me, their fobbing off the last 5 Inventorys they have to people who don't even know what it is apart from the fact it's free, it just bores me, when people are into it they will find their own way and go out of their way to get it, I'm sick to death of all the polloi arse licking now and vice versa them telling and showing people how to dress, its all fake

I'm not bothered by the deck out.. it has it's pros and its cons. It annoys me for the same reasons as Shaun. But I like to see how clothes actually look on a person as opposed to on a hanger.. i've seen plenty of stuff that doesn't look up to much on its own. But when worn with the right things it can look spot on. I try not let the deck out bug me and use it as a tool to see what looks decent worn, and what should be avoided. Often i'll look at a Deck Out and it will immediately put me off certain items, which is probably a good thing for my bank balance.
Cheap clothes - bought a t-shirt at the Gap the other week: simple, blue/white nautical effort. Tenner, bargain. Wore it out, washed it, put it on today, fucker has a hole in it! No idea whether I can complain but certainly makes me think I should have spent a little more and just got a Saint James.
