Hinting to my boss i've bought my season ticket and telling him I won't be doing saturdays, so still scheduled me this saturday. There's about 4 people who aren't working, found a lad who wanted it and they said it couldn't be approved. Fuck em, nothings stopping me going Brighton on Saturday. I'm back to Uni next month so won't be working Saturdays anyway.

There's people that skive (no-show) all the time. Worked my arse off while i've not been at uni. Doing 50+ hours some weeks, coming in at last minute, doing double shifts, even cancelling some plans of my own because of others not showing up. Gunna tell other lad to go in anyway, they'll find somewhere for him. Roll on saturday!

Boss said to me yesterday 'you best turn up on Saturday night'. Tried to find cover and he denied me because of that certain employee. Really in the shit here like, doubt i'll get sack.

Similar thing happened to me, Oi sent me some denim stained suede Pointer Bensons, sent them back along with a note demanding postage costs as it was their fault and the fuckers didn't give it me back. I'm too lazy to take it any further though.

Same has happened to me mate. My boss basically told me I couldn't take my holiday off as they were short on staff. Fucking joke as i've helped them out so much, eventually he gave in when he realised I wasn't cancelling my holiday to China for a shitty job.
When a specialist Consultant rings you and wakes you up at 8:08am (today) and says hes had your notes past on to him and they "need to do a Thoroctomy and put a drain in your lung , to help your breathing and put a little drain in ,and wants to do it asap can you come today as it's abit of an emergency..........BUT DONT WORRY !" then tells you HE'LL ring me back.
