I found this buired in the ground by the back door of a very old barn. Its about 10" long, hollow, brass and has a big hole at one end and a small hole at the other. It has two screw eyes for attaching. It had two screws still in the holes when I dug it up. My guess its a buggy whip holder that got rubbed off on the side of the barn door opening. It is pretty heavy, so maybe it held something else. Scrap metal or can I get a few bucks for it?
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
