This is probably more my type of forum clothing wise etc but osti has the same, carnt see the real problem just seems to be the same people slagging each forum all the time

I've never really seen anyone on here slagging Osti?
I use both and this place is more chilled and feels more mature (not in a bad way) I do go over the road for the witchhunts and squabling and enjoy reading it but very rarely contribute ( again not in a bad way) 2 different forums and 2 different vibes I enjoy both and keep them seperate
And fair play r bezz ,if u have an opinion share it thats what forums r for, not everyone will agree but wgaf . Some people worry to much about what everyone else thinks ,bezz can sound harsh sometimes but i prefer the honest approuch tbh

There was one other night not necessarily slagging but stating and opinion which was valuable about piss taking threads etc
This place is alot more relaxed , Both good for different things

Firstly i must start by saying that i never once said Osti is "full of p*sstake threads" i merely stated that there is tedius threads which pop up more often then here in general chat which are intising a needless bite which inevitably ends in some sort of confrontation (i admit i have been part of these confrontations when i have bit) more often then there should be.
Marketplace - I never said a bad word about the marketplace either, i said it was very good and is active.
Ar*eholes - I also never said the place was full of ar*eholes either, there is some yes as there is on every forum, lots of people think i'm an ar*ehole in some cases aswell.
Osti - I like Osti and i like this forum too, you should know as i post more often on there then i do on here.

No Bez most of your critisims are of the leading passive aggressive kind that allow you to back track and claim thats not what you meant, if people get the hump ! I wouldn't worry if I were you though, as far as I can see very few people pay much attention to what you say anymore and the majority of people who take the piss out of you on TOA are the ones you've met, so whose fault is that ? Sorry if I sound cynical but you seem to be trying to stir up bad feeling, that may be harsh but I'm just giving my opinion, forums are for opinions are they not ?.

I was one of those who had my thoughts on osti published on an earlier thread on here. I did however explain my viewpoint to mavv after he asked and as far as I know all is well with that. I avoid general chat now as I know it will lead to an arguement as my political viewpoint seems diametrically opposed to most on osti which does not bother me in the slightest as all are entitled to their opinions. I do still however like commenting on any aberdeen threads a certain poster posts on jokingly and I reply very seriously after he took a jokey post I made on an old firm thread seriously and sent me a lovely PM calling me all sorts. He ignores me now though which is a shame as it was good fun. The hun cunt. ;)

Too right mate, we're all here because of our love for clothes, football, beer, banter and women, so why can't everyone just stop arguing and have a good time?
Both great forums, IMO, different in many complementary ways, although based on the progression of this thread it seems as if there are some commonalities, too

I read 2 such comments from the same Mod yesterday and from others previously.
However like many I enjoy both sites for different reasons, both have different vibes. I don't see the point in the slagging off on either site. Enjoy them both for what they are.
i use both theres good lads on both sites so cant see anything changing. i think they run well together both giving a slightly different outlook on this thing we do
I used to be on about 5 forums but decided to knock them on the head. I now only post on this one as so far the majority of conversation is different from other forums. The football casual element isn't there so much which makes it different and rather enjoyable. I hope it continues down this route. I'll tell you what's wrong with a few of this other forums, too much of the time people are posting for the sake of posting, through boredom i assume and it's garbage. I'd rather the amount of posts be lower but of a better quality when someone actually has something constructive to say. I hope that ethos stays on this forum, and steers clear of smilie culture and 'what you having for dinner' type threads.
I post more on osti than I do on here, as I know more posters on osti & can find the thread layouts on here a bit hard to read at times if that makes sense.
