Got a lump on one of my balls,so got a ultrasound tomorrow to check if its cancer,I'm 46 which is quite old to get testicular cancer as it usually affects males aged 15-35 so make sure you check your plumbs boys.If its diagnosed as the big "C" then they will remove it,then I will have tests to see if its gone to any other part of the body,if so then its chemotherapy etc etc.Its a very treatable form of cancel,so they tell me,so fingers crossed,its not cancer.
My symptoms just in case you have the same are,pain in the scrotum,nipples,and a hard lump on one of my balls.
I had a dull ache every now and then on my testicles, then I started bleeding after ejaculation which scared the shit out of me, went to the docs and saw a nurse about it as I feared the worse, turned out basically after a load of MDMA on weekends and having sex straight after I was straining when I cum as the load was more intense than usual, horrible feeling though thinking something was wrong down there so wish you the best with it mate

my wifes boss had it mate and came through it and is 100%. He had a testicle removed but like I say, he was back to work in a few months and is 100% his old self. Well, apart from one obvious omission....but good luck anyways

I think it is one of the most treatable strains if it does turn to the worst. My brother in law had one removed when he was sixteen and is a proud father of two and dosnt affect him at all in any way Caught early is the key and all the best wishes m8
