Being the lower back it's a bugger to get into a comfortable position too. Have you been given Co-codomol or something stronger?
Yes co coda mol and diazepam had the operation last year and surgeon said then if it goes again then replacement discs and fused verterbre which is making my star fish twich just don't need it at the mo I had 8months off last year due to it and just being promoted and work spending a good some of money on training next week for me couldn't have come at a worse time!
I had over a year off while I waited in severe pain to diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in several joints. Co-codamol used to knock me for six. And if you don't take them you can't concentrate on anything due to the pain.
nightmare mate!!!!! My lower backs pretty buggred already..........it all started i think when i started tabbing back in basic training as a boy soldier. 16 carrying a max of 70kgs can't be good for ya..... since then it has got progressively worse, can't sleep on my front or on my back anymore. Had mega problems again a while back....turns out I have mild spina bifida as well. Fantwatting tastic.........can't even deadlift half what I used to a couple of years back either now at the gym.... hope all sorts itslef out chap....
