Just had a major setback I had a double diseconomy last year on my lower back,and all was going well until today! Twisted my back last night and the pain is bad, went docs this morning and they told me rest a week if still the same then I have to see the surgeon again! So after what he said to me last year was if it goes again then it's rods and pins etc. I'm probably jumping the gun a bit but feel absolutely gutted at the min. So fingers crossed please lads. Sorry To mention it but just need to get it off my chest as at th mo I'm bridling it. Cheers Jonah

hope everything goes the right way for ya m8 take it easy and put up with the boredom of being a couch potato and dont try and do things just because your at home bored !!! Sure a bit of on-line shopping theropy would help take your mind off things aswell

Have you been given Co-codomol or something stronger?[/quote] Yes co coda mol and diazepam had the operation last year and surgeon said then if it goes again then replacement discs and fused verterbre which is making my star fish twich just don't need it at the mo I had 8months off last year due to it and just being promoted and work spending a good some of money on training next week for me couldn't have come at a worse time!
