sorry to hear about this mucker........lost my nan and gramps few years back......as all the chaps have said though it gets easier as time goes on. But try to remember the good times my friend and not dwell......all the best and chin up pal......
Thanks lads, you're really helping me through this. I just wish I could help my bamp. They were together for 50 years, worked together throughout all of that time and he's just worrying about how he's going to cope. It's going to take a lot of adjusting.
My missus from your neck of the woods lost both grandparents on her Dad's side about 2 years ago, both days ended up very drunk in a club in Caerphilly. Just try and remember the many good times you had and make a good effort to see your Grandfather as often as you can.
I'm from Caerphilly mate, small world. Yeah, we're pretty close anyway, see both set of grandparents every single day. He's staying over tonight, hope he does for the next few days at least.
