I was a huge hip-hop head as a kid, my dads friend gave me Nas - It Was Written in 1996 and in the following years I build quite a collection of cd's and lp's, primarily stuff that was related to wu-tang in one way or another. Had to sell a lot of stuff as I got older but recently I've been listening to a lot of the records I listened to back then. Sadly there's this weird hype amongst the fashion kids at the moment so the fixie kids are all getting wu-tang tatoos etc. and to be honest wu-tang climaxed in 1997 and it's been going downhill since, except for a few handful of records.
