Just copying this from Ians thread on Osti about Tez who some of know.
Just to let you lads know that Tez has had a severe stroke and is in the stroke unit at Cramlington hospital, he will be moved to Ashington hospital in the next few days, just in case anybody is worried where he is. Really horrible news and I am in shock, fingers crossed he can make a recovery from this. I will keep you all updated with the news as I get it.
echo it all. Too many deals with Tez over years to count. 100% rock solid good guy. Hope to God he comes through it okay.

He's been improving since the weekend, he reacted well to the physio yesterday and he's been up watching TV and listening to the radio. It's his birthday today but visiting has been cancelled on his ward since last week due to a norovirus outbreak so yet to visit him.
