I think Camp, De Vries, Schmeichel, Kenny and Westwood were the best in Champ last season. Westwood and Schmeichel were just unlucky in the fact that they had shit defences in front of them, theres only so much a keeper can do.
Bristol City at home for us on Wednesday, don't think they can come at a better time. If we can't manage a decent performance and win here, then I will worry about making the top 2.
I've seen Schmeichel at Cov so I know his positives. He's a great commander of his area and has a great punch at him but I used to worry when crosses came in and when people took shots from distance. His kicking is magic though.
We have Palace on tuesday away and if we don't at least score then i'm really really worried.
Great performance from us today against a dire Bristol side. I know it's early days but we're going to be a tough team to beat. Malky has brought in some great players and we're playing as a team. Brighton Wednesday, should be a tough game.
We need a winger and a striker, and have done for about 3 months now. We have looked terrible the first 3 games into the season. Serves us right for being cocky and thinking we can walk the league.
Leicester are going to be the Cardiff City of this season. Quality players but no team. Brighton deserved to win last night, they're going to be a tough team to beat this year.
What. The. Fuck. We've just won Schalke 2-0 in the Europa League qualifications. Easily one of the best football experiences in my whole life, a proper David vs. Goliath moment. Our annual budget is around 3 million euros compared to Schalke's over 60 million? I still can't believe it! Here's the first goal, a real screamer:
Cracking goal there mate, looks like he didn't even try.
Up nice and early for a short trip down to Forest on the train. Not feeling too optimistic about our chances today. And it kills me to say it, but I can see us losing.
Some result for HJK, Heuer! Confident for the away leg? Is that Aki Rihaliti I see there too?!
Frustrating night for us the other night. Sion came for a draw and air play to them , they seemed disciplined in their set up but we had chances to get something out of that. At least we didn't conceded though..

To be honest, I'm scared shitless. I have no idea how I'll make it through the game on Thursday. And yes, Riihilahti is still playing for us and he had a great game! He still has it at 34, and he's only the third oldest player on our team. We've got a nice mixture of youth and geriatrics
It will be a tough game as i think West Ham are bound for promotion this season, but if McCormack is on the top of his game i'm sure he can put a few in.

Haha! The pressure is all on Schalke so you guys just need to stick to your usual game. Who knows eh? We got beat off St Johnstone for god sake! Haha!

Fuck me, I have to start coming around here more often as I hadn't even noticed that there was (well at least) another HJK lad around here. Can't wait until the Schalke-away match, especially after the anemic league match today.
