I've had the same bother. try googling "the osti archive" . You will get Osti Archive index page. Underneath will be" FAQ "page. Next to it will be" Information". Click on Information page. Strangely enough this is the only way i can get on the site?

I got on using an old link earlier on but cant get on now,tried using the link in this thread but all i got was Unable to load the page because the server sent no data.Seems to be the same old same old
