Me and a few mates are planning a lads week away next year. We've looked at all the obvious choices like Zante, Tenirefe, Ibiza etc.
What I would like to know is there any places which aren't hugely popular, but still good to go to. The ideal place wouldn't be too expensive while staying over there, and also have plenty of clubs/bars. Any ideas?
I would make it somewhere popular at that age Magaluf or Mamaris, Just come back from Portugal myself and in season it is meant great especially for young guns, Sunny Beach in Bulgaria is a great place and cheap
I wanna go tenerife with the lads next summer, one reason being the fact cheap getaways there are in plenty, whereas cheap last minute deals to the main party places in europe are non existant.

I went to Ibiza at your age. Worst lads holiday I've had, not worth it unless you can back it up with a couple of grand spending IMO.
If you're into your music, I'd suggest going to Exit Festival in Serbia. It's a bit rough, but no meither, fairly cheap, and over the last couple of years it's got much bigger and is thus quite accessible as a holiday. First year we went was mad, but it's different now.
Also, Barca is a good shout. It's a city with a beach. Decent bars and clubs as you'd expect in a big city.
Budapest is good in Hungary, all of Eastern Europe is ace though. If you've got a couple of weeks just fly into Croatia or Budapest and bomb around on trains and busses to Serbia, Bosnia, Macedonia and Montenegro.

If it's the one that changes locations monthly, I've a mate that's been. He spit up with his bird and fucked off to travel South America on his own. Ended up meeting this girl in Bolivia in the first few weeks and lived with her the whole year. Good country he says.

Heard fair few stories and very popular with the traveller lot, apparently menu for cola and hefty nose bleeds, Bulgaria is sound, very cheap and lots to do, Full of Swedish birds aswell...........

Been to Ibiza, Napa, Zante and Benidorm only been back to one of them and it was Benidorm last November cheap as chips but stay away from the Black Chicken

me and my mates went in biza in 2005. we were all in our mid-30s. girl working behind the bar in the 1st gaff we went in looked at us all, laughed and asked if our divorces had all just come through. good times!
