Nights are shit I hate them

I prefer nights, shorter shifts and more pay.

Nights are tough, I do 12 hour nights either 3 or 4 in a row and 12 hour days continental shift pattern. Fucks you up for days similar to jet lag. I never sleep well when I'm on nights so am like a zombie after a couple of days. Have you ever stayed up for the day after finishing? Thats hard going.

On the plus side looks like I'm keeping my job for a while atleast as I've been retained when the plant partially closes.

I once did 4 weeks of 12 hour shifts on nights on a rig in Denmark - vowed i'd never do another nightshift in my life.

Only nighshift i do now is if my beak is full

Do regular nights but then im allowed to sleep between 2 and 6 :)
only do 3 in a row and am fucked after them,

I don't envy anyone that does nights. Did it for a fortnight and was ok but the week after was a nightmare. Was in even more of a daze than normal

Always preferred working days, nights are for indulgence and debauchery in my opinion
