Out for an early morning stroll on the day of the game. Half a dozen of us stood on the bridge debating what to do until bars open / others start to arrive etc.
This little fella with a flat cap and long coat comes over to us, wishes us good morning and tells us to take in the architecture.
It was Fergie.
Brief chat (wouldn’t tell us the team) and off he went to the other side of the bridge.
Really random.
Met Fergie a few times over the years and have always been amazed at how small he really is.

That was my initial thought but someone pointed out that he’s North African / Muslim and it’s a cultural thing.
