Yeh just watched our game on hesgoal,wish I hadn't bothered,I drew the line at getting bt aswell. I know what you mean about the blm on sky sports its completely ott and rammed down your throat all the time.
Sacked them off years ago when the signal went off in my old house on TV/Broadband/Phone. They blamed us having work done in the house (We hadn't) and then couldn't get a technician out for two weeks. When I asked them to reduce our bill for the month as we wouldn't have any of their service for half of it they refused to reduce it saying we were to blame even though they had no proof. At that point I told them to fuck right off and we got a cracking deal with Virgin at the time as they had just installed the Fibre optic cables in our street, their internet blew Sky out of the water at the time. Still does in my area especially for the price.
I tested the water with Sky just before I left and said I was willing to listen to an offer to stay with them and they bent over backwards to try and keep us with them but I'd already moved at that point, just showed me how much they rip customers off if they can actually move on their pricing. They are greedy wankers mate.
