alright lads, a few of us have booked a lads holiday to Magaluf late may to early June, 7 days. I'm sure its been done by a few of you before we're all 18 so I'm sure the majority of the holiday will be centred around beer, girls, clubbing and the beach
anyone make any recommendations as regards pubs/clubs? how much should I be bringing? Is it as cheap as it used to be over there? From what I've heard aswell, Magaluf has turned into a bit of a "cockfest" in recent years, I hope that's not the case?
We have found some cheap apartment called the kensington apartments I think. 60euro for the week or so I've been told. Cheap and cheerful, should do the job.
Megaruff, just brits on piss really add my stag do there 3 years ago now cant remember much and got one to go to in july so dont think I will remember much of that one either,just went all in was about 260 for mine 4 nights,this ones 300 for same,did about 40 notes each night as just drank all day in hotel first,loads of black birds working streets,watch them alot on the rob if thats your thing;)

i more or less agree with that, its a shithole but if i was 18 i reckon i would love it, as said tho its fucking dear, and the doormen are cunts so try not to kick off, watch out for the black prozies that hang about the skips at the bottom of the strip they mugged my mate
Went 2 years back on a stag do, went through 600 notes in 4 days, don't expect anything club wise it's pretty dire, ended up in a big row with some Geordies first night there, most probably because there wasn't any birds in the club so everyone was just sizing each other up for an hour or 2 before the place went up, second night we hit more of the strip and it was pretty much hell for me at the time, stack's of divvies rolling around and tarts' putting out in the clubs and back streets with a load of dodgy black prostitutes who some of ours took back one night. Didn't enjoy it but I only went because I was best man for him, sure as an 18 year old though you'll have a great time. I'm off to Benidorm in 4 weeks for 4 days with 20 Albion and 4 wolves, I just hope I come home.

I didn't mean that like I was talking down to you mate just simply that if I'd have been 18 over there I'd have loved it but it wasn't my thing at the time

First time to Benidorm but I've not been on a trip yet with the lads going and it not gone up, I don't mind what state I come home in as long as I come home.

It's full of divvies, lads, tarts, booze, and drug's are easy to get once you run out or if you don't take your own have a beer on the beach front for a little while and you'll get some, it will have everything there for you

Been there twice myself, trouble I found was that it was full of lads thinking there'd be shit loads of c**t there but unfortunately someone forgot to invite the actual women and it was just full of c*ts Seriously it'll be a right laugh mate, it's not what/where you are it's who you're with, and if it's with your boys, you'll make it good whatever. Watch out for the old bill though as they're into any excuse to give you a bash then bang you up for bit. Get your cheap booze in before you get out if you're short of funds.
On a different note, did a Kavos 18-30 in my mid 20's and stayed in a proper shit hole, it was slightly out of season and as such it wasn't as busy as it should have been. Felt pretty pissed off when we arrived. Turned out to be one of the best lads holidays we ever did with the most "action" I ever had in a week. Just joined in all the pub crawls, entertainment etc and let go
Did it just before my seventieth and thought it was the best thing since slice bread at the time. You'll have a great time mate.
Don't know if you can get it now but you can a wristband that gets you into four/five clubs including Boomerangs (one of the better clubs) and one of the better strip clubs for about ten euros which was bang on. There was a little Northern Irish bar down the far left of the beach above some shops that was cheap as chips in the day. Pints of vodka redbull for 2/3 euros.
Wouldn't do it again now but I'm sure you'll love it
To enjoy a holiday like this you've gotta let all your inhibitions free, for example i went to ayia napa last year, hated the music but youve just gotta try and enjoy it because you only get one style on the whole, basically listen to capital FM for a few days and get to know the songs, then make a spotify playlist of all the songs and repeat it for 5 hours a night for a week......then you can have a representation of what you're gonna experience nightly before you go....
Make the most of everything, at the time it wasn't the best week of my life, but looking back it easily was, easily !
Take plenty of money, took £600 and it all went IIRC, the week cost me £1000 in total !! I had mates that did it on 300/400 but they were skint by day/night 5 so that limited there night, one ended up drinking a big bottle of cheap vodka and ended up shitting himself, ruining a few of the lads' nights who had to take him back........
DONT BUY A PACKAGE OFF THE REPS......we gave our rep 100 euros, which was near enough £100 quid at the time due to the shit rate, for that we got 3 nights that were identical, same faces, same bars, same music....terrible, those were the worst nights, the nights with freedom were the best, were had to meet the reps at 8 o fucking clock, the nights we had freedom we were around the pool till gone 9 !!......funnily enough we'd agreed before we got there to not buy a package but the rep turned the charm on and before you could say 'slag from sheffield' one of the lads had handed over 100 euros and she'd wrote out the receipt for 1200 euros worth of tickets.....which i presume at least half of she'd of kept for herself !!
The nights we got were;
a school disco with a 2 hour free bar - which was the best part of it obviously, bloke to woman ratio was about 5/1 a bar crawl - which was the bets out of the 3 nights - Bloke to woman ratio was about 10/1.....But we made of the night what we could and had a right laugh when we left the bar crawl and went to another club to end the night in !! About half hour into that i had to go back with a mate who i reckon had been spiked, never seen anyone like it, he admittedly cannot handle his booze but fucking hell he was trashed, couldn't walk couldn't do fuck all !! Madness !! club ice foam party - full of shady looking cypriots and shit music, my idea of hell. more women at that but still way more lads !!
Learn the lesson we did, but before you go and avoid these packages unless they're to see live acts, i reckon that'd be ok as you know what you're getting, also if your going out there with intentions of shagging 7 girls, one every night, Unless your some type of gypsy russell brand you're gonna struggle
