Does anyone have a number to get directly through to durham passport office or know anyone that works there (or another office) that can answer a few questions.

Cheers mate. Nightmare to get through to that one though. And it's not really any help when I do. Need to get in touch with the Durham office which is like trying to bleed a stone.
Not sure what you need to know, but we just done a couple for the kids and you can use check and send at the postoffice, so if it's not right they tell you before you send it....sorry if you already know this but just a thought.
Had to travel down Durham one year and get one of those 1 day passports the day before we flew out ma mrs lost her passport and Glasgow office got flooded and the machine broke was brutal but worth it in the end though
