As they are now one company, anyone got an idea how long I'll be cut off for, I'm between changing tarrifs, my old contract ended today and my new one is meant to start today, my phone has just been cut off, wont be hours upon hours will it ?
Right my man they are now everyoneeverything or something similar, We have had a nightmare with the company and currently with a obudsman sorting out a deadlock case after they broke an agreement and cut my phone off after I had paid them and also overcharging my missus phone bill by 100 quid and sending to debt agency, 17 hours of calls and 3 months later we are taking them to the cleaners over monies which apparently we never even owed and my concern is those that just pay and not question their bills like i nearly did, terrible of late, used to be a great network imo.

Ja, there was something on the news the other day about the government taking steps against them being able to just hike up prices when they please !! Done it to me twice I think in 24 months !! I was gonna change but I honestly couldnt be arsed !!

Exactly the same with me, assured i would be upgraded on the 5th and never happened until I checked 8 days later. useless, they have well fucked up with our accounts, we have took them for compensation too.
