anything i can do about it?compensationsent a jacket sold on e bay,lad asked for spec del as only at home today working away,paid extra for it and i sent it yesterday at 11.45 am spec del 9.75p,not turned up, on tracking it says progressing through our system,not good enough really,pay for a service you should get it!! know its only 20 to 2 but end of day thats not before 1pm[frown]
Happened too me last week, paid extra for next day del' as it was the only day I was off and it never arrived. When I got home 2 days later there was a card with the date of the day it should've arrive on, on it. C**ts!!

I finally had a claim paid on a SD delivered a day late, cheque arrived yesterday, I was amazed they hadn't quoted some clause and given me a reason not to pay.
I claimed for SD arriving after 1pm and it was so easy, checked tracking, phoned number on receipt, gave tracking details etc..Had a chq within 3 days.
