Let's be honest Offhand is very different from Osti/Found. And it's certainly a good different from the point of view we don't want tonnes of forums the same.

Agree with this. Seems as soon as someone mentions OA or FNYC in an intro thread they're automatically being pigeon holed

short time I've been here , find this forum totally different vibe to that of found/nomad/osti - all of which I have been involved in , though good few members have come onto here from there , I like this place , for some reason it seems much more of a mature forum , clothing threads are superb , ok we're not ALL gonna get on ALL of the time , part parcel of life I'm afraid , but some of the daft antics I've bared witness to on other forums is simply cringeworthy - also some threads for that matter , go on CC - like to go on there , but get pissed off when I see daft slagging posts/threads of here/people on here , it's so immature .
Good atmosphere on here - one I really like , and since joining enjoy coming on here , should that change I'd fuck off , till then enjoy this place . ok when first come on said I was on CC , some jumped to conclusions , and really can be nothing down for you , but like to think when you get to realise who someone is then it works itself out in the end .

valid but when i joined 6 months ago or summin it seemed even more mature and without bickering, the last 2 months or so it seems to have took a real downward spiral i`m probably looking for reasons as to why ???? i see it this way but imo at the minute it is becoming very much like found and i dont want that its not my cuppa at all .....

Ja and Jonah to my knowladge didnt know each other before found to my knowlage.....had a fair bit of exposure on there....count the amount of posters from there, there are a lot, and imo alot of the better (not all btw but alot) are former found lads...i could go on, but ive had a few and cant be arsed...
found was a great forum, when it was good it was great....when it was bad it was very good....but a lot of lads o there evolved/moved forward (clothes wise)...a lot did not...the evolvers/forward thinkers (clothes wise) formed/help form OH...and the other evlovers crossed over (obviously other folk who had nowt to do with found joined the party too).....people join because they want to...they are after something different.....think we should embrace new members...members make forums!...if they turn out to be nobheads then fook em off...but everyone starts with a clean slate...or should do
that is a long post for me on a sunday and im not even sure it will make sense to anyone lol but i know what i mean....and is by no meens law but just my take/opinion...phew!!

No. I can't comment on that as i haven't been active on here as long as some so i can't really say i've noticed anything like that, as DW just said we all see things differently.
What i meant by that comment was that some people might just assume that because we've come from FNYC, OA etc is that we're all SPW and Adidas obsessives and aren't interested in anything else. Certainly not true as far as i'm concerned, as i've said before this place is a totally different vibe and a welcome one at that.
