Well lads absoloutly brilliant!!!!! ive been to work on a long 13 hour shift had an absoloute shit day and come home to relax and log on Offhand!!!! and what do i see lads saying the forum is going downhill
A Forum that me and ja created for you lads to enjoy! with the help of the mods..........you know what im shaking my head here thinking why do i bloody bother putting all the hard work into the forum,,,,,the shit i have with my job and family comitments running up and down the childrens hospital!!!!!!
I am getting seriously pissed off with certain members digging at other members just because they post on other forums ..... if you dont like it then be my guest and close the door behind you please.
I believe alot of members arn't posting because they too are getting pissed of with it.....
If this sort of crap carries on ill pull the plug on offhand simples.....
Right i am going to speak to ja and the mods and we will look seriously at what members bring to the forum ......
This is a joke and certainly not what we are about. I am open to critism but it feels to me that some members seriously want to ruin this board.

I can understand where you are coming from J and totally respect what you have to say.

But i cant hold back any longer with this as it's starting to wind me up.

2 mods on here have seriously got it in for me, they dislike me and dont hide the fact that they dont like me, all because of something i did 1 and a half years ago on a forum, nothing serious to do with selling/buying etc, if you'd like to know what i'll PM you.

This needs to be nipped in the bud just as much as the problems with normal posters have, it really is pissing me off now mate, getting on my back all the time one mod (mac) using a photoshopped pic of me as his avatar and when i asked him to remove it very nicely i got a one word answer of 'no', yet he has the audacity to say to other members they should be banned etc.. i didn't, but i could have taken the picture thing as bullying.

Mods are meant to be helpfull and i didn't think this was helpfull at all, i dont hate mac he obviously knows what he is on about, he wouldn't be a mod if he didn't but that was bang out of order.

I'm just pissed off that I spent 30 mins typing a really insightful message in a thread and it got locked before I could post it.

Agree Jonah, would be a shame for this forum to go to waste, the best forum out of all the ones im on anyway.

No not at all Ryan, Mac said he would have banned Carl for his apparent threatening comment (which i personally have not seen) the problem i had is that he is happy to say to members they should be banned etc, when he has done the same himself.

Jist my opinion, so there's no real need to tell me to get a grip is there?

I also find it laughable how you can try and make every situation that arises about you. I think you're crying out for attention mate. I don't really understand what's gone on. Off Hand is a brilliant forum where you can actually talk clothes. Even better that none of the racist/loyalist/sectarian rubbish that is so frequent on other forums has been posted on here.

My only issue is posts where people just post 'haha' or 'insert smiley face'.

Just read through the 6 pages of posts in the 'GONE' thread and can see your point.
Can't belive some of the stuff that was posted.
If the lad isn't happy let him go, leave the door open and if he wants to come back then great.

I joined here because I thought it was somewhat progressive in its views and outlook.

Unfortunately, as with most walks of life it only takes a few cnuts to spoil it for everyone.

I think the admin have to take a close look at the direction this forum is taking and take action otherwise it is going to have shifted too far away from where it started and how it was progressing.

I never said Mac threatened me did i? on this forum if theres is any form of bullying, threatening etc.. it is worth a ban, and bullying would fall into that catagory.

I didn't even start this thread, and Jonah said he accepts criticism and this is mine, about the mods on the forum you have been a prick with me since TSS Ryan, no matter what you say and you've also brought it onto here, so you're the one that needs to move on.

my preference to this forum since i joined was mainly due to its slightly more adult approach. childish/silly nonsense i really cant be bothered with, a few need to settle down a touch.

Jonah - If people are pissed off then I think you need to take note. If Carl is so hacked off he has to leave then you can't ignore it and simply tell everyone to get in line or you'll pull the plug! That's not helping anyone.

I think Carls comment about feeling like you are sat in the away end is very pertinent. I too feel like that. As some one who is not on OA or was ever on Found the clique is very strong and presumptious here and it is a shame. The core of posters is dwindling and new members seem to contribute very very little.

It's a shame as this place has potential as a left field forum for people looking to new labels etc etc and not stuck in a SI/Osti/SPW timewarp.

im on both dan and i would say you are more in with the in crowd on here than i ever will. Not that it bothers me.
