and er....where exactly is the money coming from to fund these individuals who decide they want a better life and move here, I'm particularly talking about the ones who's 'trade' or 'profession' seems to be busking whilst playing a 2 string guitar like the gentleman who sits outside our local post office? I'm being facetious but you know what I mean. Similarly, I'd want my MP to explain why we're agreeing to let said people in when we've already x number of people unemployed claiming benefits that need funding and more to the point 'addressed', the economy isn't exactly financial well off (which, I suppose is an aside anyways) so we put it under further unneccessary burden?
Ultimately, I think the UK does more than its fair share to help the world be a more fair and democratic place, often to the detriment of its own people, so I don't see any reason that a harder line on immigration can't be taken without the racism card being thrown in.
