tbh I think a lot of what really happened , what he and his party were responsible for back in the day , 70's / 80's ? I myself am not really sure , tends to get clouded by recent events , and the vision of this small imprisoned humble man fighting for equality is the only one especially younger people see and know .. Im all for equality , wether it be race / religion / yadda yadda yadda , and I think a lot was achieved by him in that field , but I worked in Angola , Dem Rep of Congo and South Africa , and make no mistake he wasn't this great popular figure amongst all - black included , as for Winnie dig deep and see the shit she did , and got away with ..
