Interesting pictures. If only i had places like that to ride, it would make a change to the cramped grey shithole I have to ride in, getting lung disease at the same time.
I know a few of you on here like your bikes, so thought I would share this with you.
Took advantage of a free Saturday morning and being up at the crack of dawn, and decided to go for a little bicycle ride.
Would be rude not too, when uve got this on your doorstep (Well, 3 miles away!)
Linacre Resevoirs just on the outskirts of Chesterfield, heading towards Chatsworth. 3 Resevoirs all on top of each other.
Havn't really given my newish MTB a good thrashing yet, so heading up here as there is a few good trails and lovely scenary.
The Mid/Low range Marin stood up pretty well actually, considering im 17 1/2 stone are pure lard! Never heard of the Spinner forks before, but very impressed.
Was well muddy aswell, which I enjoyed. Nothing better than getting shitted up?
Few more pics with the bike (Shitty weather, so not the best im afraid)
Finally, thought id do a "What you wearing" Cycling edition.
Going to go back without the bike and take a hike. So many cool things as far as foundations and bridges from the 1800's with the fall foliage that deserves a walk and some pics.
I took a few more but this was the best one due to some of the sunlight coming through the trees. The noise is reverb through the frame mounted camera mount. Although the Chris King rear wheel is super loud in general.
