Fuck.
A very sobering statistic and sadly one that will increase.
However the most interesting statistic would be out of the 563 who passed yesterday would've likely to have passed on as a result in underlying health issues. In the UK and month dependant we have between 12,000-17,000 deaths per month. Are people who have a trace of Covid 19 used in the stats as that being the sole cause of death or simply the straw that broke the camels back.
Stats make headlines, cause anxiety and panic. We all know best practice and that is all we can do.

He's probably right n'all.
He’s right but there are a couple of things to consider: if you’re out doing something non essential and you have an accident and end up in hospital you’re adding to the load of a system that’s already struggling.
And the more people that are seen to be carrying on as normal the false impression is given to the thickos out there that it’s business as usual and we know where that leads.
Carefully worded as ',xx have now died having tested positive for corona virus' tells me the vast majority have had underlying reasons in NI.. The mail had the cheek to run a story of someone dying with corona virus.... who had leukemia I'm no doctor but I'd have a score on leukemia playing a part in proceedings...
"The nightmares invading the sleep of Bayern fans involve four horsemen of the Champions League Apocalypse riding towards them. As the faces come into focus, they will recognise Frank Lampard, Cole, Petr Cech and Drogba. All were immense..."
Seen a German scientist on TV earlier and he said they had started testing in Germany mid January! Granted the test kit was developed there but it puts perspective on how far behind the UK is and shows why Germany are much more in control than this government probably will be.
He also said because there is no vaccine yet the greatest way to deal with this is changing human behaviour and the message in Germany has been clear and hasn't changed at all, far from the UK aswell then.
Eddie large dead from corona virus.... whilst suffering from heart failure

Admittedly there is problem but MSM labeling every death as Covid 19 is not helping the situation. When was the last time you heard of anyone dying of pneumonia or the flu both bigger killers?

Exactly Tone. And how come they wiped out 13.4 billion nhs debt now? Why wasn't this done before??? Flu and cancer figures dwarf this.

On a serious note it’s awful that they two nurses have died. It’s a scary prospect going in to work every day facing the risk of catching it, got to recognise how big a commitment that is.
