Heard London Road was shut off and a shooting at Park Hill flats!
The bloke shot at Park Hill was at about 3 this afternoon, police say was a dispute where they knew each other. Walked past the bottom of London Road aout 7 / 7.15 but didn't see owt and not heard the big metal bird in the sky so think it's ok up here. Chezzy could be a completely differnet story though....

I can hear the chopper now Mark and i live just off abbeydale road, not sure if owts happening mind...
It's wierd that everyone is sayings it kicking off here and there but none of it is being reported on BBC news24???
I'm guilty of following this like some kind of soap opera. Sad.
^^^ Just stuck me head out the window and could faintly hear it in the distance, been on Sheffield Forum and there's nothing on there so there can't possibly be anything happening!

This whole thing could well end up flaring racial tension.
WANKERS, I hope the half whitted idiots have left all the cro'jack alone.
From what ive heard people running all round the city with bags full of stuff from there, probably near enough empty now. Not that i ever go in there but Zhapp by Walkabout has also been looted along with alot more shops in the city.

Yeah theres a pic of that aswell, the crowd outside zhapp seems to be twice as big as this one.....which when you think about it is comedic
But either way, disgraceful, some complete scumbags are going to be walking around town on Saturday in there lifted gear thinking they are the dogs bollocks. Cant imagine how much the value of the stuff gone from there would be then !! They had the new season S.I in the other week and i bet some of those jackets are easily knocking on for 750 quid each, in full size runs if they got in the back room, Madness, feel for the owners, nice people !!

Yeah they picked the wrong shop really didnt they Can see alot of knocks on doors coming in the next week. Seems the police did quite a good job in Wolves but alot of shops were still hit.

Heard the chopper a fair bit last night. Don't think anyone would dare round London Road. They'd end up being used as sand bags in the River Don flood defences (or in a mixed kebab from Chinos)
Quote by Mersons BookieSeen a few videos and pics of millwall and spurs protecting their 'Manor'
Some mob of Millwall out last night must been 7/800 strong by the end of the night. Little mobs from all over South London meeting in Eltham, Bermondsey and finally Lewisham. I've seen some large firms at football but last night around 10/11 was something else.
'bout time someone like Millwall stood up for where they live . getting sick of seeing these fuckers rob joints , has no relevance to original protest . hope the courts come down hard on those convicted . sad seeing 150 year old furniture store burnt down , all that history gone , peoples jobs lost , very sad .
probably hoping the Old Bill would sort it out - it took till day 4 for London to flood the place with Police , which in all comes down to the cut backs within many Police forces of late . plus the Govt being too slow to react . but if it takes some old thugs to show force to protect where they live , then ' hurrah ' I say .
Quote by Mersons BookieThe only thing I would say about the footy lads is, where were they the past few nights?
At home I reckon. I think the scale of rioting on Monday night took people by surprise and when it was just in Tottenham south London lads weren't interested.
The government and police dropped the ball big time here.
Think the scale and speed of all this has caught lots of people unawares. The reaction to getting out on the streets to defend them is (I'd have thought) because it was shown that the police were unable. I think most people would have been expecting plod to have been getting stuck in to these lowlifes and protecting innocent people rather than having to do it themselves.
